Youth is an important issue in soccer bases. We should know something about child Psychology. Each individual character of a person, build between 8 to 14 years and is so important how to behave to them. the child doesn't like to talk to them anymore and they copy their parents' behavior and who is important to them. This Psychology is the same for youth Football players. This is important that Coaches learn how to behave with the youth. I will explain about each age, how to need behavior
U8 to U12 These ages need to start to practice very easily and simply. Don't make it hard and be friendly with them. Let them play football as funny and the coach plays with them too. I think the coach should show his Technique to them because they copy their coach's behavior.
U12 toU16 . we can start practically training as Technique and remember the best time to learn with youth players is this time. The technique is a long process that needs to teach to the young in this part of age. In my method, Technique is so important that should teach young players perfectly. This time as ages you can improve them in the right way. create theory classes and explain all about Technical and remember Guggling is exactly much important to teach to them
U16 to U19 This part of young ages, we can start training as Techincal, Tactical and physical that they can come off professional footballers. start to train them as professionals and if we started to teach the youth players from U8 to U19 as the same I explained, then they are ready to play at the top level as any football club around the world.
